Delaware County Healing Journeys

This group is being formed to bring together people interested in the healing process. We are looking for people who are on a healing journey, are (or becoming) healers or both. The idea is to share experiences, learn about various healing modalities and to create a resource to those seeking a way to heal themselves. Since this meetup is a new group, the direction that it takes will depend a lot on what comes out of the first few meetings. If you can't make the first few meetings, be sure to express your interests in the message area.

It will be interesting to hear of any EFT experiences that anyone had. Thanks to Frank for his very informative presentation. Maybe we can follow up that discussion with sharing about other emotional release techniques. I can explain/demonstrate the basics of Somatic Emotional Release, an off-shoot of CranioSacral Therapy and Process Acupressure. Read more
